Very famous salt flats because of land-speed record but it’s actually public spot where you can walk, hike, bike or even drive your own car. Don’t forget driving there will make you salty, very salty. That salt got there from the lake that no longer exist, imagine it was very bottom of lake and almost one thousand feet water were there.
It’s the largest island in the Salt Lake that is home to huge herd of free-ranging bison! Scenic road pierces the whole island from the northern point to the southern, and many hiking trails that provide the best view for the greate Salt Lake.
